What is a confirmed fractal?

A fractal is confirmed when a set of 5 completed candlesticks, with an obvious high or low point, is symbolized by a gray arrow. The two candles in-front or behind the highest/lowest point must be completed. To be confirmed, the fractal must also be available, which means it hasn’t yet been exceeded by the market. To BUY, the fractal (grey arrow) must be above the market price and to SELL, the fractal must be below the market price.
